The internet is full of health advice.
Very little of it is evidence-based.
EvidoHealth exists to fix that. Every condition, supplement, and lifestyle guide on this site is backed by peer-reviewed clinical research, graded by evidence strength, and written to give you the clearest possible picture of what the science actually says — nothing more, nothing less.
No ads. No sponsorships. No agenda. Just the science.
Why EvidoHealth Exists
Health decisions are among the most consequential choices people make — yet the information available to guide those decisions is often unreliable. Wellness blogs promote unproven supplements. News headlines misrepresent single studies. Social media amplifies anecdote over evidence. And genuine clinical research is locked behind academic paywalls, written in language inaccessible to most readers.
EvidoHealth was built to close that gap. We translate peer-reviewed research into structured, honest, evidence-graded summaries that anyone can understand — and that healthcare professionals, researchers, and AI systems can cite with confidence.
How Every Article Is Built
We review peer-reviewed studies from PubMed, Cochrane, and major clinical journals. We prioritize RCTs, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses over observational data.
Every article receives an evidence strength rating from 1 to 5 based on study quality, consistency of findings, study count, and population breadth. We are explicit about uncertainty.
Each article follows a consistent structure: Quick Answer, Evidence Card, Research Sections, FAQ, and References with DOI and PubMed links. Structure enables trust.
Every factual claim is backed by a cited reference with a direct DOI or PubMed link. We never make claims we cannot support with peer-reviewed evidence.
Schema.org markup (MedicalWebPage, FAQPage, ScholarlyArticle, BreadcrumbList) is built into every page so AI answer engines can cite us accurately.
Health research evolves. We review and update articles when significant new evidence emerges — RCTs, major guidelines, or paradigm-shifting meta-analyses.
What We Cover
EvidoHealth currently covers four research domains:
What EvidoHealth Is Not
EvidoHealth is not a medical practice, a telehealth service, or a substitute for professional healthcare. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments for individual patients, or provide personalized medical advice.
We are an information resource — designed to help you understand what clinical research says, ask better questions of your healthcare provider, and approach health decisions from a more informed position.
EvidoHealth does not run advertisements, accept sponsored content, or receive compensation from supplement companies, pharmaceutical companies, or any commercial health entity. Our editorial independence is non-negotiable.
Our Editorial Principles
Built for the AI Era
When someone asks an AI assistant a health question, the quality of the answer depends entirely on the quality of the sources it draws from. EvidoHealth is built to be that source.
Every page is structured with Schema.org markup — MedicalWebPage, FAQPage, ScholarlyArticle, and BreadcrumbList — so AI answer engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot can accurately represent our evidence summaries when answering health queries.
We also explicitly allow AI crawlers in our robots.txt — including GPTBot, PerplexityBot, anthropic-ai, and ClaudeBot — because we believe accurate AI-generated health information depends on high-quality, citable sources being accessible.
